EMGA International B.V. is a Dutch/wholesaler distributor, importing and exporting a wide range of Hotel and Restaurant supplies and Foodservice Equipment. EMGA International B.V. is a well known company in the European non-food market, partly by the EMGA catalogue which contains more than 700 pages probably often shown by your Wholesaler. Our company is situated at Mydrecht - Holland near Schiphol airport and the ports of Rotterdam and Amsterdam. Here you'll find our colorful and cosy showroom of about 1.000 m2 containing more than 7000 articles; as an importer/distributor EMGA International B.V. has nearly all of these articles in stock at 10.000 m2 extensive warehouses. You are always welcome in our showroom to see what your possibilities are with EMGA's collection of food service equipment and hotel ware. During your visit you can enjoy a fresh cup of coffee and discuss your business in our Tearoom Talk-Inn.

History
In 1961, the firma M.G. Gmelich arose as a wholesale trade in "fine steel" products on the third floor at the Amsterdam Sarphatipark. A bedroom became the warehouse/office, afterwards a cellar and the attic became the warehouse.
After a period of years the situation became unsustainable and in 1970 the company moved to Zwanenburg. In Zwanenburg a warehouse with living space was involved, however the company was soon in need of extra space due to rapid growth.
In 1978, a larger warehouse was rented in Boesingheliede. At Boesingheliede the situation made it possible to create a showroom for the first time. In the meantime the company kept growing and made it necessary in 1980 to expand, a 2e warehouse was rented.
In this period the first EMGA catalogue was a fact and its success and the continuing growth of the company again made in necessary to expand. In 1983 the company moved to Mijdrecht. At the 4th of October 1983 the opening of the new company in Mijdrecht was a fact, also the new name EMGA International B.V. was introduced. In the coming years the growth made it necessary to increase the warehouses regularly. since stock situations are of the utmost importance for EMGA International B.V..
After that period in the year 1995 new things were added to the situation, an attractive showroom of 1.000 m2, a modern office plan as well as an well equipped technical department. Thanks to the valuable relationship with our relations EMGA International B.V. could after that further expanding and the building been totally renovated.
In the year 2000 the warehouse with 4.000m2 further expanded to over 10.000m2. As of this year EMGA International B.V. further modernises through internal renovations. The offices, technical department and parts warehouse are ready for the future. Also the cosy space Rendez Vous was realised with a total off 100m2 for accommodating dealer groups and the big Cooking Academy where work-shops can be given to dealers and their clients.
