CaterCool was created at the beginning of 2000 and is EMGA's private label for cooling equipment. With this, EMGA responds to the continuing demand from the hospitality industry for affordable and user-friendly refrigeration equipment. The CaterCool brand has a wide refrigerated range with a good price-quality ratio.
CaterCool refrigerated display cases at EMGA
The CaterCool brand includes various cooling and freezing equipment. There are various refrigerated display showcases that are suitable for drinks and dishes. The showcases are equipped with a digital thermostat and a revolving or sliding door. With a refrigerated countertop showcase with glass doors, you can present sandwiches, pastries or drinks in an attractive way, for example. The CaterCool upright cake display case and refrigerated countertop display case for drinks are available in various models and sizes, such as a table model.
Refrigerated beverage dispenser
But there are also CaterCool horizontal refrigerated display cases with different trays for salads or garnishes, for example. The refrigerated display cases are digitally adjustable from +2°C to +10°C. There are also commercial beverage dispensers of the CaterCool brand. The refrigerated drink dispenser is available with 1 storage container. In addition, the dispenser is easy to clean because it is easy to disassemble. Ideal for serving freshly squeezed juices at breakfast, but also behind the bar.
CaterCool Ice Teppanyaki
New in the range is the Ice Teppanyaki. This device enables you to make fried ice cream rolls with a liquid ice cream mix as a base. The Ice Teppanyaki is available in 3 models, with or without garnish trays. The CaterCool Ice Teppanyaki is digitally adjustable and cools down to -30°C in just 7 minutes. By pressing the foot pedal, the Ice Teppanyaki plate can be defrosted quickly in between, so that the ice cream can be made into a roll. Cleaning is also possible between the various preparations.
