CaterFlame fuel paste is not only distinguished by its high heating capacity, but also does not develop soot or smell. The fuel paste burns immediately after lighting and is therefore ideally suited for commercial buffet chafing dishes, rechaud, warming equipment, flambé and fondue rechaud.

The CaterFlame fuel paste is available in various packaging such as boxes with cans of Ethanol Gel of 24 or 72 pieces. In addition, the fuel paste is available in a 5L jerry can. There is also a dispenser available for the 5L jerry can. The professional CaterFlame fuel paste contains ethanol, a can of 200Gr. has a burning time of approx. 3 hours.

In addition to the fuel paste, CaterFlame also has kitchen blowtorches in its range. This CaterFlame torch is available per piece, but also in a large package of 100 pieces. The most famous application of kitchen blowtorch is the caramelization of crème brûlée. That is why a kitchen blowtorch is often also called a crème brûlée burner. But you can also think of melting cheese toppings or burning fruit and meringue tufts. The CaterFlame kitchen blowtorch is supplied without a gas container, but this can simply be ordered separately.
